Today we had the privilege of hearing from Toni Kellar of Newsight Life, who delivered an insightful presentation on Emotional Intelligence and its crucial role in shaping effective workplace culture.
Our group engaged in meaningful discussions, exploring real-life examples of how understanding emotions and behaviors can significantly impact our responses in the workplace. We shared great communication success stories and highlighted how aligning with corporate values can be a key driver of success within our organizations.
