July Meeting

Mike Kachilla returned during or July meeting to continue his presentation on “Understanding Generational Differences".

During this meeting Mike presented what to do with the different generations, how to lead them with a generational perspective.

He gave us general recommendations for leading and examined appropriate leadership styles. We also discussed traits that “drive” the generations crazy as well as looked at retention issues for each generation.

Mike also examined with us various case studies and we then discussed solutions for each.
