Presentation description:
A negative workplace is one of the top 10 reasons employees leave an organization. That being said, we all have bad days – days where we experience feelings of anger and frustration and sometimes challenged by work problems of various types. However, when these feelings persist over time and negativity goes unchecked, our once positive working environment can erode into one where morale slips, productivity suffers, communication comes to a halt, and people stop working well together.
During our discussion, let’s talk about how negative employees impact your environment and what you might do to put this "disease" into remission.
